These lambs were raised by Gil & Ardy Gillespie of Harrisdale Farmstead. Harrisdale is located a few miles south of Brun Ko Farm and just north of Atlantic. We have had the pleasure of partnering with Gil & Ardy on various community and farm related projects including a meat cooperative, a farm crawl and most recently Grow Another Row, Cass County. Most importantly, Gil & Ardy share our ideals for pasture raised livestock, soil health, local foods and so much more. We are proud to be able to offer their lamb for sale alongside our chicken, beef & pork.
